Private Equity Internship
About Arcola
At Arcola, we invest in growing companies in the €1–5 million EBITDA range, a segment often overlooked by traditional private equity. Here, potential is real, but acceleration demands more than capital. It takes the right partner. Our mission is to turn promising businesses into industry champions through positive private equity: a hands-on, human, and performance-driven approach that combines capital with operational expertise. We go beyond transactions, working closely with founders, management teams, and our investor community to turn potential into performance. Private equity that works like a partner, not a fund.
When you’re an Intern at Arcola you’re at the center of everything. Our team is small, sharp, and highly collaborative. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced investment professionals on all ongoing deals. You’ll get real responsibility from day one. You’ll directly contribute to live transactions, including research, valuations, and investment materials. No shadowing, real work, real impact. You will Learn from the best. Every investment involves seasoned entrepreneurs and industry experts, “captains of industry”, offering first-hand insight into how value is created beyond spreadsheets. You get Full-cycle exposure, you’ll experience the entire investment process: sourcing, evaluation, deal structuring, value creation, and portfolio management. All in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting. We move fast, think independently, and challenge each other daily, in a flat, open culture where initiative matters more than hierarchy.
